Pleomorphic Adenoma of Nasal Cavity-Case Report
鼻腔多形性腺瘤－病例報告
摘要
Pleomorphic adenomas (PA), or benign mixed tumors, make up 65% of all salivary gland tumors, with most occurring in major salivary glands and sometimes in minor salivary glands along the aerodigestive tracts. Pleomorphic adenomas rarely occur in minor salivary glands of the nasal cavity, with only a few cases published. Wide excision is the treatment of choice, but functional endoscopic sinus surgery is an alternative treatment. This study presents one case of right nasal cavity pleomorphic adenomas treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery.

多形性腺瘤(Pleomorphic adenoma)或良性混合腫瘤佔所有唾液腺腫瘤的65%。大部分發生在主要唾液腺上（如腮腺、下頷腺），有時可能在呼吸消化道的次要唾液腺發現。多形性腺瘤很少發生在鼻腔，在醫學文獻中只有少數病例。治療的選擇主要是廣泛切除，但基於功能與美觀的考量，功能性鼻竇內視鏡手術是這些發生在鼻腔中的一種替代處理方式。這次我們提出1例右側鼻腔多形性腺瘤的病人，成功接受功能性鼻竇內視鏡手術治療後於4個月內無復發跡象。
