As an old saying goes, ”To move, to act, to move and act in order to live,” we inevitably go through learning processes and getting old in our life. Decline in strength and flexibility due to aging have limited the motor learning through which new skills are acquired. For the purpose of promoting the elderly to exercise, this article was aimed to focus on Bandura's (1986) observational learning approach and how it could be applied on aerobic activities for senior citizens.
