為了暸解技職體系青少年中期子女所知覺之親子關係的內涵與轉折機制,筆者針對就讀於技職教育體系的13位學生進行個別訪談。本文延續第一部份青少年所知覺之親子關係內涵,進而探討技職體系青少年親子關係良好轉折的影響因素。結果顯示良好轉折來自親子雙方的改變,其中多半是子方的改變在先,親方的改變在後。子方的改變包含:能力成熟、人際排序的轉變、離家以及擁有資源等因素;親方的改變則有:信任而放手、管教的調整以及彈性的期望水準等因素。此外,在這些影響因素之間存在著關連性與循環性,前者意謂因素並非單獨地存在,而是與其他因素的存在有關;後者是指子方的政變會牽動親方的改變,而親方的調整則促使子方進一步的改變,進而影響親子關係。
There are two main goals in the present study. The first goal is to explore how young people at middle adolescent stage perceived their relationships with parents. The second goal is to discover factors for changes in relationships during their adolescent years. Thirteen students from vocational education system were interviewed. In this article, factors for the better changes of relationships were presented. Results showed that good relationships were owing to changes of adolescents and parents. Mostly, changes of the parents came after changes of the adolescents. Changes of the adolescents included ”acquiring mature ability”, ”changes of the importance of the relationships”, ”leaving home”, and ”owning resources”. Changes of the parents were ”letting go because of having confidence in adolescents”, ”modulating the disciplines”, and ”flexible expectations”. In addition, these factors were interrelated and reciprocal. Interrelations indicated that these factors did not exist alone. Reciprocity indicated that changes of the adolescents influenced parenting behavior, and changes of the parents promoted further changes of the adolescents.
