本研究目的在於了解台北市國中生運動行為之現況並探討跨理論模式中的變項與國中生運動行為之關係。研究對象為就讀於台北市公立國中的全體學生,以比率機率抽樣法來進行抽樣,最後取得有效樣本為1438人。本研究之主要結果如下:(1)研究樣本之運動階段為無意圖期的佔8.7%,意圖期的佔7.6%,準備期的佔53.8%,行動期的佔8.7%,維持期的佔21.3%。(2)不同運動階段之研究對象在運動自我效能、知覺運動利益、決策權衡、經驗認知的改變方法及行為的改變方法的得分上,會依照無意圖期、意圖期、準備期、行動期及維持期依次升高;而知覺運動障礙則呈相反的狀況。(3)不同運動階段之研究對象在跨理論模式的整體變項上及個別變項上皆有顯著差異,各變項之解釋變異量從5%至35%。本研究結果支持跨理論模式應用在國中生運動行為上的適切性,可作為日後相關研究及介入設計之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the exercise behavior of Taipei junior high school students and the correlation through application the Transtheoretical Model (TTM). The subjects were all junior high school students in Taipei City. By using the probability proportionate to size sampling method, 1438 of valid samples were collected. The results show that: (1) In the stages of exercise, 8.7% of the subjects were in precontemplation; 7.6% in contemplation;53.8% in preparation; 8.7% in action, and 21.3% in maintenance. (2) As the stages of exercise behavior progressed, the scores of self-efficacy for exercise, perceived benefits for exercise, decision balance, experiential/cognitive processes and behavioral processes increased. But the score of perceived barriers for exercise decreased. (3) Significant differences between stages were found for the overall set of TTM and for each variable. The proportion of variance accounted for by the variables range from 5% to 35%. The results generally supported the validity of TTM for understanding junior high school students' exercise behavior. These provide information for future researches and exercise promotion programs.
