台灣地區15歲以上民眾保險套使用行為及其相關因素之探討

摘要

本研究旨在瞭解臺灣地區有性經驗民眾之保險套使用行為，並分析人口學因素、自覺利益、自覺障礙及自我效能等因素對使用保險套之影響。資料收集採電腦輔助電話訪問(CATI)方式，隨機抽取全臺灣地區15至50歲有性經驗民眾共656人為研究樣本。研究結果發現僅19.1%的民眾每次性行為時使用保險套。影響民眾保險套使用行為之相關因素，經邏輯斯迴歸分析發現，勞動技術、金融商業及服務業者使用保險套行為均顯著高於無工作者，自我效能越高者則使用保險套的機率越高。此外，避孕及避免性病等自覺利益因素能顯著增加使用保險套行為，然而因性伴侶不願意使用、臨時未準備及保險套取得不便者等自覺障礙因素會顯著降低民眾使用保險套行為。研究建議在未來實施性教育內容，除了持續教育民眾使用保險套可達到避孕及避免性病之認知外，更應強化每次性行為使用保險套的自我效能，以及說服性伴侶使用保險套的技巧；同時，加強民眾取得保險套的可近性。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the condom using behavior and its contributing factors including perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and self-efficacy on the adults in Taiwan. The data was collected by CATI system, and 656 people who had sexual experience were randomly selected. The findings showed that 19.1% of Taiwanese used the condom during each intercourse. In the Logistic regression analysis results, non-workers were less likely to use the condom than other occupations, and the higher self-efficacy, people had the higher condom use rate. Besides, people who perceived the ”contraception” and ”avoid the venereal diseases” factors were significantly more likely to use the condom. On the contrary, three barriers factors including: ”the sexual partner's negative attitude”, condom unprepared” and ”inconvenient to obtain” were significantly considered less to use the condom by people.This study suggests the sexual education in the future shall focus on the benefits of condom use continually, furthermore, strengthen the self-efficacy of condom use and develop life skills to pursuade sexual partner's condom using attitude. Additionally, the environmental accessibility of condom should also be enhanced.
