This research uses ”Survey of college students' PE teaching satisfaction” as the main research instrument. And 1110 students who have taken PC class in the 1999 school year are the objects of the research. First, factor analysis is employed to examine college physical education factors. Moreover, The Gap Theory of the study of consumer behavior is also applied to discuss the relationships of physical education and course reselect will. In this research, Block Regression Analysis is also used to verify the interpretability of each factors of physical education on course reselect will. The obtained results of this research are as follows: 1. By applying factor analysis on the undergraduates' factors of physical education, 11 factors are obtained. They are: recreation, athletic skills, physical health, social mutuality, individual performance, emotional relaxation, teaching quality, instructor's traits, grades evaluation, facilities and the maintenance of courts and stadiums. 2. NTU students displayed gap level in the all eleven physical education factors. Seven of them (recreation, physical health, social mutuality, emotional relaxation, grades evaluation, facilities, maintenance of courts and stadiums) reached remarkable gap level, (P<.05, P<.02, P<.001) 3. Among the eleven college physical education factor gap levels, there are remarkable positive relativity (P<.001), and there is remarkable negative relativity (P<.05, P<.01, P<.001) between six of the eleven factors, which are recreation, physical health, individual performance, teaching quality, instructor's traits, and grade evaluation and course-selecting will. 4. The attribute of ”instructor's teaching” of physical education in the Gap5 is the main factor that influences the course selecting will.
