隨著資訊科技及網際網絡的蓬勃發展下,科技為最實用的管道,直銷業之教育訓練逐漸採用教位學習(e-Learning)趨勢。本研究針對直銷業數位學習平台內容之需求評估與影響直銷業教位學習平台使用成效之重要因素對其直銷商進行問卷調查,共發放500份問卷,有效回收357份。本研究以DeLone & McLean (2003)提出的「資訊系統成功模型」為主要架構,探討數位學習系統之資訊品質、系統品質、滿意度、使用意願與學習績效之關係,本研究結果發現:(1)直銷業者多數認為數位學習平台之課程內容、連線頻寬、網頁美工設計需要改進;(2)各變數間皆具有相關性;(3)資訊品質與滿意度對使用意願具有正向影響,此外,滿意度與使用意願對學習績效也有正向影響。最後本研究對直銷業者之數位學習平台內容與建置提出建議。
Because of the rapid development of informational technology and internet network, direct selling industry's educational training starts to adopt the on-line courses (e-Learning) for training their distributor. This study used questionnaire investigation to distributor to investigate the need assessment of direct selling industry's on-line courses, and analyze the important factors of e-learning system. Out of the 500 questionnaires distributed, 357 valid ones were chosen for analysis. The case study adopted the DeLone and McLean's (2003) model of ”Information Systems Success” as a framework for measuring the relationship among information quality, system quality, user satisfaction, intention to use, and learning performance. Results of this study showed that: (1) most of the direct selling industry thought that the curriculum of e-learning, Internet connection bandwidth, and design of web page need to improve; (2) all variables have positive relationship; (3) Information quality and user satisfaction have significant positive impact on intention to use. Besides, user satisfaction and learning performance have significant positive impact on learning performance. Finally, suggestion of on-line contents and establishment of e-Learning system will be provided.
