本研究的目的是想了解在個別諮商裡,隱喻出現前後個案的主觀經驗脈絡,並且了解隱喻如何存留於個案的內在、以及理解隱喻促發個案改變的歷程。本研究採用質的研究法中的深度訪談,透過與受訪個案結案後的兩階段訪談錄音,收集與分析個案主觀之隱喻經驗:在資料處理的過程裡,本研究以現象學的態度理解與探討個案的主觀隱喻經驗。 研究結果呈現出兩個隱喻經驗脈絡圖,並且發現個案在諮商師的主動引導下,能夠產生貼近自己狀態的核心隱喻,而這樣的隱喻,在諮商過程以及諮商結案之後的生活裡,能夠扮演觸發改變繼續發生的角色,對個案來說,隱喻像是一個能提供照顧的好朋友、是一個提供安全感與力量的地方、也是一個尋求資源與解讀自己的管道。
The purpose of this studs was to explore the client's subjective experiences of metaphors in individual counseling process, including what was experienced before and during the occurrence of the metaphor, how metaphors sustained in their mind, and the relationship between metaphors and clients' changes. The research was conducted through post-termination two-steps interviews with a 21 years old client, in which information was gathered to understand the experience from the occurrence of metaphors to change. The result of the studs was presented through descriptive stories and correspondent analyses. According to the experience of the interviewees and researcher's analysis, it was found that the client's ”house-related metaphors” served the functions as help-providing friend, safety lone of energy and security, and additional field of self-understanding. Finally, researcher provided suggestions for clinical application of using metaphor and for future studies based on this study result.
