摘要

本研究目的旨在以探索性因素分析與驗證性因素分析方式，考驗Rando的悲傷諮商任務模式理論，以編製「成人悲傷諮商任務量表」。本研究採立意抽樣，分別抽出南區教師100人，作爲探索性因素分析之樣本；南區教師259人作爲驗證性因素分析之樣木。經統計分析後，刪選出17題，共得三因素。建議可以本研究所建構的量表爲基礎，增加訪談之前導性研究，以提高題目數且擴大研究範圍於台灣地區成人爲母群。

Structural equation modeling (SEM), including exploratory and confirmatory Factor Analysis (EFA & CFA), was used to examine fitness of the ”Adult's Mourning Counseling Scale [AMCS]” by the Rando's theory. 100 samples were employed for EFA, and 259 for CFA by proposal sampling. After the analysis of SEM. Three dimensions and seventeen items are come up with. Meanwhile, this study suggests to add the items by the pilot study and broaden the research range for further study.
