本研究以科技接受模式 (Technology Acceptance Model, TAM) 探討大學生學習以網路教學系統 JoinNet 製作數位教材之意圖與成效,包含系統品質、認知有用性、認知易用性、使用意圖、學習成效等五個主要構面之分析。本研究以問卷調查方式進行,問卷內容分成三大部份,包含:個人背景資料、實際使用 JoinNet 情形、開放式問項,研究對象為 97 學年度下學期選修「數位學習」課程、並有 JoinNet 使用經驗的大學生。本研究提出七個假設,再以皮爾森相關法 (Pearson Correlation) 和路徑分析法 (path analysis) 驗證,得知構面間具有相關性,所有研究假設皆成立,且達到顯著水準;最後,我們統計大學生使用JoinNet 各種功能和工具之頻率,發現具有互動性的聲音交談和文字交談最常被使用。
In this study, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is applied to analyze user intention and effect on producing digital materials by JoinNet. TAM consists of five major constructs, namely: the system quality, the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, the behavioral intention, and the learning effect. To gather empirical data, we designed a questionnaire which was divided into three parts, including the personal profile, the experience of using JoinNet, and open items. Our samples were 45 undergraduate students who had taken the class of E-Learning on the last semester. Pearson correlation and path analysis were used to verify relationships among the proposed seven hypotheses. Analysis results had revealed the significance of each hypothesis. Also, we found that bath voice chat and text chat were most frequently used by students.
