摘要

本文旨在介紹台灣中醫護理發展狀況與前瞻。首先從政策與法規、教育、實務及科學研究層面介紹台灣中醫護理發展狀況。並提出推動台灣中醫護理發展的策略，包括成立中醫護理專業團體、參與推動傳統中醫發展專業團隊、建置標準化中醫護理教育訓練課程內容及辦理訓練課程認證、撰寫中醫護理參考書籍及臨床照護手冊、拓展中醫護理執業領域、鼓勵進行中醫護理科學研究及成果發表等。最後，因應台灣醫療政策發展趨勢及民眾健康需求，並根據傳統中醫及中醫護理發展現況，提出台灣中醫護理發展前瞻，如爭取到健康保險給付中醫護理技術費用、增廣中醫護理執業領域、提升護理人員中醫照護及執行中醫護理科學研究的知能等，以促進台灣中醫護理穩定發展。期望本文能提供後續推動中醫護理發展之參考。

The purpose of this article is to introduce the development and prospect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing in Taiwan. First, introduce the development of TCM nursing in Taiwan from the aspects of policies and laws, education, practice and scientific research. This article also proposes strategies to promote the development of TCM nursing in Taiwan, including the establishment of TCM nursing professional groups, participation in the promotion of TCM development professional teams, the establishment of standardized TCM nursing education training courses and certification of training courses, the writing of TCM nursing reference books and clinical care manuals, expanding the field of TCM nursing practice, encourage scientific research and publication of TCM nursing, etc. Finally, according to the development trend of Taiwan's medical policy and the health needs of the people, and based on the current development of TCM and TCM nursing, the development prospect of Taiwan TCM nursing is proposed. For example, strive for national health insurance to pay TCM nursing technical fees, expand TCM nursing practice fields, improve nurses' knowledge and perform TCM nursing scientific research. This article may serve as a reference for promoting the development of TCM nursing.
