Recently a lot of researches dedicate to the minorities-related issues in sport filed. Not only more and more scholars recognize the importance of sport in the perspective of health enhancement for people with disability, meanwhile, the other kind of minority, females, also gain a lot of attention in current Taiwan society. However, most studies regarding the sport participation among people with disabilities or gender usually ignore individuals who possibly carry multiple kinds of minorities. On the basis of this omission, this study attempted to focus on women with disabilities and discuss the difficulties and constraints they encountered when they participate in sport, and further explored the current social ideology and the new opportunities that are able to improve their situation.
