剝皮寮歷史街區營運與維護管理現況課題探討

摘要

剝皮寮為一歷經清代並保存下來的歷史街區，時至今日，幾波的改革、變動後，雖看似成功轉型為一歷史保護街區，但每日參訪人數卻仍寥寥可數。本研究預期透過訪談法及調查法，分析此區可能存在潛在問題，如：是否區內的環境狀況或設備不足導致難以承辦活動？亦或無障礙設施不完全，使得年長者難以使用？還是僅因宣傳不足，造成活動參與人數少？透過文獻回顧、訪談、案例調查等研究方法，探討分析缺失因子，進而提出改善方法，提供區內第一線駐點人員維護管理之參考建議，使剝皮寮歷史街區存在之缺失有所改善，讓更多遊客能夠來此體驗這從清代至今保存完整的少數歷史街區。

Bopiliao is one of a few early historic preserved block. From Qing dynasty to now, Bopiliao has been experienced many times reforms. Now it seems like successful transition to a historic preservation area, but in fact it's not completely successful. Because of the tourist who comes here is fewer than before. The study expected through the investigation to find potential problems. These problem namely whether the device is missing causes the activities in this area is hard to be organize? Whether the architecture facilities in this area is not enough? This is also possible that just the propaganda is not enough. Through the review of literature, interview and case surveys, the case study of the Bopiliao Historic Block. According to the results, if their maintenance management mode has any problem, the study will put forward some suggest for them to reference. Hope can let Bopiliao Historic Block becomes a friendly space for the tourist, and make Bopiliao Historic Block been recognized for more people.
