展示科技運用於地方文化館之需求調查研究－以布袋戲文化館為例

摘要

地方文化館是由文建會持續推動社區總體營造二十多年至今的計畫成果之一，全臺灣已遍佈278間館舍，但是目前館舍尚有營運不佳、展示設計手法內容豐富性與多樣性較低等問題。展示科技是2010年被定義的新穎名詞，目前應用於大型展館以及商業展示中，也讓臺灣在上海世界博覽會、臺北國際花卉博覽會上讓各國驚豔不已。因此本研究以「展示科技運用於地方文化館展示模式調查與需求分析」為主要目的，選擇在臺灣具有百年歷史的布袋戲文化為探討目標，進行研探，主要目的為：一、布袋戲地方文化館展示現況調查與需求分析；二、展示科技運用於布袋戲地方文化館之互動設計概念建議。透過館方人員進行深度訪談，以及參觀民眾進行問卷調查與訪問的方式，萃取出兩方對於展示科技的想法、需求與未來的期待。研究結果顯示：一、目前各布袋戲地方文化館以推廣、教育為展示目的，展示手法仍以靜態展示為主，且參觀客群十分廣泛，但部分館舍有人力不足的問題；二、靜態展示與可動展示類的展示主題是加入展示科技時首要改善的目標，為減少館方看管、維護上的負擔，以非接觸式感應或觸控的操作方式是較佳的選擇。希望本研究結果能提供給相關地方文化館展示規劃時之參考，並讓互動設計師瞭解館方需求以及設計建議。

The Council for Cultural Affairs (CCA) has been promoting community development projects for more than 20 years, including the establishment of local cultural museums. There are currently 278 local cultural museums in Taiwan. A review of the literature shows that many of these museums are operating under poor management. In addition, exhibition display design talent and techniques are insufficient and content is sparse and lacking in terms of diversity. Exhibition display technology is a new term that was defined in 2010 for use in large-scale exhibitions and trade shows, such as the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai and the Taipei International Flora Expo. This study focuses on Taiwanese puppetry cultural museums. The aim is to analyze exhibition display technology used in these local cultural museums and to determine relevant needs. From the results of in-depth interviews with museum personnel and visitor surveys, museum personnel are willing to use exhibition display technology. At present, puppetry cultural museum exhibitions serve an educational function and are extensions of educational programs. In addition, they are mostly comprised of static displays. Static displays and operating displays are primary targets for improvement using exhibition display technology. It is expected that this study will provide an important reference for local cultural museums and designers when planning exhibitions.
