本論文在於探討五線電阻式觸控面板的可靠度及耐久性測試,雖然目前業界對於觸控面板可靠度及耐久性的測試方法不盡相同,但透過對觸控面板運作原理的瞭解及從使用端回饋的異常現象分析,規劃出符合須要的測試項目,常見的異常現象有觸控作動時線性度及靈敏度變差、觸控力變大、觸控面板之導電膜的浮脹及導電膜與導電玻璃貼合區的剝落,藉由對單款15吋觸控面板可靠度及耐久性測試來模擬五線電阻式觸控面板在一般使用情況下所會呈現的疲勞現象,其中耐久性的測試項目以震動試驗的方式在觸控面板上執行16個位置的硬式觸擊測試與一般業界使用的單點軟式擊測試對照比較,可靠度測試以恆溫恆濕的條件執行,進而對多款15吋觸控面板以相同條件執行可靠度及耐久性測試分析,依數據分析從所能承受的耐測程度裡選擇表現較為優異的15吋觸控面板
