Study on the relationship between green space and work stress

This study aims to explore the correlation between work stress and green space participation. Through the cross-section method to conduct a questionnaire survey, to understand the work pressure of the testees and the status of the green space in contact with work and life. The statistical software package SPSS for Windows 20.0 was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, and single-factor variance analysis to analyze the differences in work pressures of different demographic variables. Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to investigate the relationship between the work pressure of the testees and the participation of green space. The residents of Renwu District of Kaohsiung City were selected as subjects in this study, and 313 valid questionnaires were obtained. Among them, 251 were online questionnaires and 62 were questionnaires. The results showed that they were exposed to green space and green space. The size, the degree of the green space, and the length of the green space are significantly related to the work pressure. Those who will be exposed to green space, have a large scale of contact with green space, have a high degree of interaction with green space, and have a long time with green space, the lower the feeling of stress on the work, so the research results confirm that green space participation is important for work stress. Adjustment factor.
