The topic discussed in this paper is "Economic Analysis of Census of Agriculture, Forestry, Fishery and Animal Husbandry: Profit Formula of First-Level Industries", which analyzes the profitability of the transformation of first-level industries into different types, including: processing and manufacturing, leisure industries , Retail, catering, etc. Combined with such variables as education level, age, gender, years of farming, cultivated land area, etc., and considering generations as adjustment variables, the profit factors that significantly affect the first-level industry are identified. This study uses a tendency pair analysis to eliminate self-selection bias If the problem is wrong, more accurate analysis results can be obtained, and it is found that Taiwan’s 1+2 level industry is significantly better than primary industry in terms of income and output per unit. The empirical results of this study can provide the government’s future reference direction for the level 1 industry upgrade plan .
