摘要

結核為台灣重要傳染病之一，於口腔內出現結核菌病變並不常見。一名52歲男性病患，過去無任何明顯之全身性疾病或其它疾病病史，因持續2個月之口腔底部潰瘍而至本院門診求診，理學檢查可見一面積約3X2平方公分之糜爛性潰瘍，在高度懷疑為惡性腫瘤之情形下，於患部完成病理切片檢查後証實為口腔之結核菌感染。病患於抗結核菌藥物治療後痊癒，追蹤至今無復發現象。本文根據此例，回顧相關文獻，歸納整理並提出討論。

Tuberculosis is a commonly seen infectious disease in Taiwan. However, primary tuberculosis in the oral cavity is uncommon. We report a 52 year old male patient presented with a 3 x 2 cm(superscript 2) ulcerative lesion in his oral cavity. No significant systemic diseases or past medical histories were noted. Under the impression of oral malignancy, he received an oral biopsy and the lesion was proved to be tuberculosis in nature. After diagnosis, the patient 1'eceived anti-tuberculosis treatment and no signs of persisted diseases were found after the treatment was completed.
