氣動式跆拳道得分感應護具系統研發

The Research on Taekwondo Air Score Sensor Protector

摘要


跆拳道比賽時,選手以手、腳相互攻擊,無論是速度或力道都相當快又重,往往在得分與否的認定上產生許多爭議,目前比賽時,是否得分完全依裁判目測及聽覺記分判定。本研究提出一個可行的構想,首先了解現行護具之結構與功能並做踢擊實驗,經三位國際裁判認定得分力量爲93N,進而自行研究設計一套氣動式護具,包括儀器構思、設計原理、構圖、所需器材、製作流程、荷重測試等。本研究之設計原理經5位學者專家肯定,值得開發製作,但基於研發經費之因素無法進行實製,本文將提供給中華民國跆拳道協會、體委會及世界跆拳道聯盟參考研發製作。

When Taekwondo contestants compete, they use their hands and feet to attack competitors. The speed and powers are very quick and great, usually will have many controversies in chalking up points. (Currently it depends on judges giving scores with their eyes and hearing) The World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) has announced the electronic protecting equipment could be carried in Taekwondo games. There is no nation using any electronic protecting equipment that is approved by WTF. This study is to contrive an pneumatic protecting equipment including instrument designing, design basis, drawing graphic, preparing device, portraying flow sheet, testing kicking break load, aligning stability of kicking break load, standardized the scores from judges, statistic method, and regularizing the scores in different weights. Five scholars and experts in Taekwondo approve this study and they affirm that this protecting equipment is worthy of producing. However, it could not actually be produced because of the huge expense. We will make a recommendation to the Chinese Taipei Taekwondo Association, the National Council on Physical Fitness and Sports (NCPFS), and WTF in order to contrive this protecting equipment.
