The coaches and researchers normally build stress reduction plan for athletes subjectively. In history, many related studies and discussions are also based on the same starting point. This paper aims to look for more practical ways in solving the stress factures in athlete that can contribute to the trainers and teachers. The purpose of this paper is aimed to conclude a more effective ways to resolve the stress of athlete. The methods are mainly included interviews and reference research and evidence research. The conclusion was not very objective as it uses the physiological factors to analyze the psychological state. It can also cause differences among the different athlete when applied with the same statistics. The suggestion is to pay attention to the somatotype and the sport-related fitness of the sampled athletes.
