This study aims to investigate practical effectiveness evaluation of industry-university collaboration education in M Institute of Technology to realize the perception of different stakeholders. Questionnaires and interviews were employed to collect data. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) most of managers in cooperative enterprises and students and teachers in M institute of Technology are almost satisfied with the implementation of industry-university collaboration education, but there is some space to improve; (2) managers and teachers highly value the benefits of industry-university collaboration education, but they feel about students' attitude to be improved. The study results will be put forth as reference of enterprises, schools and students.
