敘說真實-以矯正學校中受感化教育之少年性侵害加害人爲例

Narrative Truth-Case Report from the Juvenile Sexual Offender in the Remedial Institution

摘要


少年性侵害加害人受感化教育進到矯正學校之後,因爲受到監獄次文化的影響,大多會淡化他們的犯行,所以我們更難真正了解他們真正的犯罪事實到底是什麼?本案例爲一位少年性侵害加害者,用虛構的傷害致死罪來建立自己的英雄形象,藉此強調自己是暴力犯而不是性加害人。當他的說法被拆穿之後,他變得焦躁不安,情緒激動,並將所有的謊言解釋爲是安非他命所造成的命令性聽幻覺。本文試圖詮釋此一特殊現象,並說明敘說真實是在敘說治療可以被理解的一種現象。

After the juvenile sexual offender entered the juvenile Remedial Institution, they often minimized their offenses due to the prison subculture. It is difficult to approach the historical truth to understand what is really happened in his crime. In this case report, we found he tried to build his heroic image to falsely add a crime of injury death to cover up juvenile sexual offences. He still insisted his argument even his lie seem to be exposed at any time. When all truth have been clarified, he became quiet irritable and agitated due to the confrontation. Then he interpreted as the voice commanding of amphetamine psychosis for his lie. This paper attempt to interpret the meaning of this phenomenology. Besides, the narrative truth is acceptable during the process of narrative therapy.
