The local injury site will be muscle pain, joint swelling, ecchymosis and physiological dysfunction by violence. Clinical physical examination must be observed and detailed palpation in soft tissue (including ligaments,tendons and fascia)and motion of joint. For therapeutic purposes, then use appropriate traumatology manipulation treatment and reduction to improve injury and promote joint motion.
