可回收再利用產品之物料管理資訊系統開發-以高壓氣體鋼瓶回收充填作業為例

摘要


隨著資訊科技不斷地研發創新與製程技術的進步發展,高壓氣體的運用已經在各產業發展中佔有相當重要的地位,故氣體製造商要如何面對各產業界之氣體使用量逐年上升的需求市場環境,並且有效地整合內部各流程作業,以降低生產製造成本及提昇企業經營效率,進而建立市場競爭優勢,已經成為氣體製造商所要面臨的重要課題。 因此,本研究藉由探討分析高壓氣體鋼瓶之充填作業流程,進而找出高壓氣體鋼瓶管理的問題點,再提出一流程改善方案與系統導入需求評估事項,並依據系統需求評估項目建置一套管理資訊系統,以提供給相關產業界做為系統導入之參考。

As along with Information Technology industry developing, innovating and constantly researching on processing, the application of the High-pressure Air has already occupied quite an important position in its field. It is a main course that High-pressure Air manufactures will face the issues of the prompt increasing requests from the strong demand of market year after year. They also have to find a good solution of how to effectively integrate their internal process flow, so as to reduce the cost of production and promote the efficiency of business management for achieving a highly competitive advantage of marketing. Therefore, we deeply research for the High-pressure Air filling operation and hard try to look for some key points could break through the bottleneck of management High-pressure Air cylinder and diagnose for cylinder management. Then we can workout a proposal of process improvement combined with a system assessment which is a program system of evaluating managing for the cylinder information from customer requests. For High-pressure Air filling industry, the manufactures could set up the program system as an important reference of cylinder management.
