循環油製程之腐蝕改善

Corrosion Improvement of Circulation Loop Oil Process

摘要


中碳公司採用全世界唯一使用循環油(Circulation Loop Oil)作為熱媒油之生產製程,長期以來卻發生管線設備嚴重腐蝕的問題。本研究利用自建Parr模擬腐蝕試驗,同時佐以現場操作資料之蒐集解析,以及循環油分析,鑑定求出造成腐蝕成因。最後開發添加腐蝕抑制劑的方式,把腐蝕速率由40 ~ 90 mpy明顯降至0 ~ 10 mpy,有效改善了腐蝕現象。

China Steel Chemical Corporation (CSCC) is the world's only one plant which adopted the circulation loop oil as heat transfer fluid in her production process. CSCC's plant has been long suffered from serious corrosion problems in pipeline and equipment. In this study, self-established Parr simulated corrosion test, combined with on-site operation information collected and parsed, as well as circulating oil analysis were integrated to identify the causes of corrosion. And finally by developing a way to put corrosion inhibitor into circulation oil, the corrosion rate was significantly reduced from 40 ~ 90 mpy to 0 ~ 10 mpy. As a result, the corrosion phenomenon was effectively improved.
