應用電腦配色觀念來建立配棉色差之判定法

摘要


依棉花之品種與產地的不同,其品質亦異,尤其是棉花之色澤,即使在同一株亦有差異。因此,紡紗工廠採用傳統多種棉混合與小比例新種棉混合方式,以減少批次胚紗間之色差,但仍時有色差變異大之情事。本文應用電腦ICS分光儀來建立單種棉之黃色指數作為基礎,並加權推測多種棉混合後之黃色指數, 初步結果顯示,多種棉之黃色指數的預測值與實測值接近,經小量量產試驗後亦有近似之結果, 故有大量量產之可行性。

Based on the different species of the cotton or the cotton's country of origin, the quality will be different; especially on the cotton's luster, even on the same plant the color might be different too. Therefore, many spinning mills adopted the traditional way in blended multiple cottons with a small amount of new cotton to avoid the color difference among the lots of grey yarn. However, the color difference sometimes is still obvious. This research will use the ICS spectra-colorimeter to build up the single cotton's yellow index and color difference, and then weighted estimate the luster of blended multiple cottons. The result found the estimated luster is very close to the measured value, which means this method is available.
