摘要


圖書館行銷近年來逐漸受到圖書館的重視,將之做為經營圖書館的有效策略。本文利用文獻探討方法來說明圖書館行銷與讀者服務在圖書管經營之重要性。為達成研究目的,本文分三部分探討:(1)圖書館行銷;(2)讀者服務;(3)圖書館行銷與讀者服務之關係。探討議題聚焦在:圖書館為什麼要行銷?圖書館行銷策略是什麼?以及圖書館行銷的層面、讀者服務之圖書館利用指導等項目。

Library marketing has received increased attention in the field of library studies in recent years as an effective strategy for library management. This paper intends to illustrate the importance of library marketing and reader services in library management using the methodology of documentation. To achieve the stated objective, this paper is divided into three parts: (1) library marketing, (2) reader services, (3) the relationship between library marketing and reader services. And this paper is focused on these issues: Why does a library need marketing? What are the strategies of library marketing? What are the dimensions of library marketing? What are the items of library instruction service?.
