消費者對大學游泳池開放需求之研究-以國立臺北藝術大學為例

A Study of Consumer Demands in Public University's Swimming Pool: A Case of Taipei National University of the Arts

摘要


本研究主要目的為了解國立臺北藝術大游泳池對外經營使用者需求,希冀藉此提升組織經營效率。研究方法運用模糊運用層級分析法,探討共計四個構面與14個次準則之層級架構,求取精確指標分析結果。研究結果與結論發現,消費者需求構面總權重值排序,依序為:主體設施(52.8%)、關聯設施(19.6%)、附帶設施(17.1%)、附屬設施(10.5%);總和因素層權重與排序,游泳運動本質、安全考量、與停車空間為對外開放游泳池消費者最關注之三大因素。本研究為國內運動場館經營管理領域第一篇運用模糊層級分析法之研究。

The main purposes of this study were found out the consumer demands in swimming pool during divide period that open to use people to adopt of Taipei National University of the Arts, and to advance organization's management efficiency. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) was used to explore the hierarchy of 4 objectives and 14 criteria, and to acquire accurate results. The results and conclusions shown four objective priorities such as main facility of the pool (52.8%), related facility of the pool (19.6%), additional facility of the pool (17.1%), affiliated facility of the pool (10.5%). The pool facility, safety considerations, and parking lots were top three significant criteria of consumers' demands. This study was the fist paper used FAHP in the domain of domestic sport facility, sport stadium and sport management.
