回饋與運動成就動機對運動表現及內在動機的影響

Effects of Feedback and Achievement Motivation on Sport Performance and Intrinsic Motivation

摘要


本研究的主要目的是:一、探討回饋時間、回饋類別及運動成就動機對運動表現的影響。二、探討回饋時間、回饋類別及運動成就動機對內在動機的影響。本研究以輔仁大學一年級男生120人為對象,以「運動成就動機量表」及「內在動機量表」為研究工具,以籃球6球運球上籃為運動表現。所得資料以獨立樣本三因子變異數分析及共變數分析進行各項考驗。本研究結果顯示:1.有給予百分等級回饋的學生,其表現比沒有給予百分等級回饋的學生有較好的表現。2.在低運動成就動機組且無百分等級回饋時,20秒回饋組的成績表現優於5秒回饋組學生。3.在低運動成就動機組且20秒回饋時,無百分等級回饋組的成績表現優於有百分等級回請組的學生。4.在20秒回饋且有百分等級回饋時,高運動成就動機組的成績表現優於低運動成就動機組的學生。5.高運動成就動機組的內在動機高於低運動成就動機組的學生。

The purposes of this study were: (1) to examine the effects of feedback and achievement motivation on sport performance; and (2) to examine the effects of feedback and achievement motivation on intrinsic motivation. This study sampled 120 male freshmen of Fu-Jen University and administered with. ”Sport Achievement Motivation Scale” and ”Intrinsic Motivation Scale” in the first stage of study. In the second stage, participants were asked to perform 6 times of basketball lay-up with different types of feeback. Subsequently, participants' performance and intrinsic motivation were collectioned for further analysis. The collected data were analyzed by three-way ANOVA and ANCOVA. The results were as follows: 1. The participants who were given percentage feedback in the pre-test performed better than those who were not. 2. In the group of lower sport achievement motivation and with no percentage feedback group, the participants of 20seconds feedback performed better than those of 5 seconds feedback group. 3. In the group of lower sport achievement motivation and 20 seconds feedback group, the participants of no percentage feedback performed better than those of with percentage feedback group. 4. In the group of 20 seconds feedback and with no percentage feedback group, the participants of higher sport achievement motivation performed better than those of lower sport achievement motivation group. 5. There was difference of sport achievement motivation reached the level of significance. The intrinsic motivation of high sport achievement motivation group was higher.
