摘要


現今科學發展日新月異,在開發奈米材料領域上,往往有著令人驚奇發現,為了幫助科學家可以更快速且精準的進行實驗,加速藥物與生醫界發展,高通量篩選(high throughput screening)技術隨之產生,以生物及細胞實驗出發,微孔盤為反應載體,搭配上省時省力的自動化進樣系統,利用多功能檢測平台取得數據,最後以軟體進行分析,達到大量準確篩選所需之實驗結果為目的。

Advances in the field of nanomaterials especially in drug development, is emerging day by day and there is a great demand for rapid and reliable testing of nanomaterials. High throughput screening (HTS) technology would help scientists, perform experiments faster and with accuracy. HTS technology is based on microplate as reaction vector and auto injectors as operator. Data is obtained using multi-functional detection platform and the large data sets can then be analyzed accurately by software.
