軟體專案開發知識管理之探討-以資訊服務業A公司為例

摘要


隨著資訊科技技術之進步,全球經濟發展已達知識密集時代。因此,「知識」嚴然成為個人或組織最珍貴的資產之一,而「知識管理」也成為當前企業面對全球化競爭的最佳利器。 人才及知識是「資訊服務業」最重要的資產,基於「軟體開發」過程需要許多專業判斷,而這些專業判斷端視個人所擁有的知識與經驗。因此,加速知識傳遞與學習,縮短軟體開發時程,降低整體開發成本,提高軟體品質與競爭力,便成為資訊服務業之重要工作。而成功地運用「知識管理」,便是達成以上目標之最有效方法,故而,軟體專案開發之知識管理,實為一值得探究之重要議題。 故而,本研究以資訊服務業A公司為研究對象,透過專家深入訪談與問卷調查方法,探討軟體專案開發之知識管理。實證結果顯示:(1)軟體專案開發之各類重要知識可歸納為四個共同因素,重要性以「隱性知識」之「專案管理」為最。(2)「是否為相關科系畢業」對「軟體開發方法論之重要性」與「資訊技術之重要性」看法具有顯著差異性。(3)知識管理活動中,以「透過會議方式進行溝通、討論」認同度最高。

By the advancement of information technology, the global economy has become to the era of knowledge-intensive. “Knowledge” is the most important asset of people or organization. “Knowledge Management (KM)” has also become the best solution for enterprises to face global competition. The process of “Software Development” needs knowledge and experiences to make the best solutions, so human and knowledge are very important assets of Software industry. Because of “Knowledge Management” can accelerate the dissemination and learning of knowledge, shorten the time of Software Development, reduce the cost of development, and enhance software quality and competitivene, “Knowledge Management of Software Projects” is very important. The object of this study is an Information Service Corporation. We use the methodologies of in-depth interviewing to obtain the variables, which related Knowledge Management of Software Projects, and via investigative questionnaires to collect sub-datas for achieving the purpose of this study. The experimental outcomes of this study have shown some important implications such as: (1) The important Knowledge of Software Projects can be separated into four common factors, the most important is “Project Management” which belongs to Tacit Knowledge. (2) The major subject and methodology of software development affect the importance of information technology. (3) By meeting to communicate and discuss is the best knowledge activity.
