本研究以臺灣二葉松、桃花心木及柚木為試材,以RF膠、UF膠、PVAc膠、MB膠、KR膠為膠合劑,探討其以冷壓及高週設加熱膠合所製作集成材之各項性質,所得結果可歸納如下:1.各不同樹種集成材之靜曲強度以柚木最大,桃花心木及臺灣二葉松則較小,然二者間差異不大;彈性係數則以柚木大於桃花心木大於臺灣二葉松。2.各不同膠種集成材之靜曲強度及彈性係數,以RF膠及UF膠膠合者無明顯差異,然均大於以PVAc膠膠合者,且前二者不同層數間無明顯差異,以PVAc膠合者則隨層數增加,彈性係數下降。3.以高週波加熱膠合所製作之集成材,除柚木以KR為膠合劑者強度偏低外,餘均有良好之性質。

This study investigated the properties of laminated woods made from Taiwan red pine, Honduras mahogany and common teak with RF, UF, PVAc, MB and KR adhesives by means of either cold press or radio frequency heating. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Among different species, the bening strength (MaR) of laminated woods were in the order of common teak > Honduras mahogany and Taiwan red pine, the difference of the latters were not obvious, and the modulus of elasticity (MOE) were in the order of common teak> Honduras mahogany> Taiwan red pine. 2. Among different glues, the MaR and the MOE of laminated woods made by RF and UF were higher, and the values had no obvious concerned with those's ply numbers. The MaR and MOE of laminated woods made by PVAc were much lower, and the more the ply numbers the lower the MaR and MOE. 3. The properties of laminated woods cured by radio frequency presented well, except the common teak laminated wood glued by KR.
