遮光對鳴子百合地上部及根莖生長之影響

Effects of Shading on the Growth of Aerial Shoot and Rhizome in Polygonatum odoratum 'Variegatum'

摘要


於南投縣梅峰臺大山地實驗農場及臺北市臺大園藝分場塑膠溫室內,研究0%-89%遮光處理對鳴子百合地上部及根莖生長之影響。地上部長度隨光積值由0.4增加至1.2MJ m^(-2)d^(-1)而明顯減少。遮光對當季植株地上部乾重、葉面積與葉數影響不顯著,各處理之葉片白斑比例範圍爲5.4%-12%。於臺大園藝分場遮光89%者新根莖與根乾重幾乎無增加,而遮光0%-67%者新根莖與根乾重隨種植時間增加呈遞增。梅峰農場塑膠溫室內不遮光者葉片之淨光合成速率較高,根莖之側芽數、新根莖長度及乾重皆最大。

Effects of shading on the growth of aerial shoot and rhizome in Polygonatum odoratum 'Variegatum' were conducted at Mei-feng area and in Taipei. Aerial shoot length decreased with increasing light integral from 0.4 to 1.2MJ m^(-2)d^(-1), then remained almost constant. Current seasonal growth in aerial shoot dry weight, leaf area and leaf number were little affected by shading treatments. All treated plants produced leaves with between 5.4% and 12% leaf area variegated. Shading levels of 35%-70% under plastic greenhouse conditions would be suitable for cut leaves production as aerial shoots were longer but stiff. Under plastic greenhouse without shading would be best for rhizome production as the plants had a higher photosynthetic rate and presumably, more nutrients were assimilated for new rhizome growth.
