We treated two case s of papillary cystic neoplasm of pancreas in recent. This neoplasm usually occurs in young women as a slowly growing mass that may attain large size. It is of low malignant potential, and surgical resection of tumor will be curative in almost all cases. The older patient received Whipple's operation and the younger had been enucleated of the tumor; both lesions were successfully resected. Both patients presented here are alive and well four and eight months postsurgery. A brief review of the literature is cited and found that long survival or even cure can be expected after complete excision of the tumor.
