Terrien氏角膜邊緣變性以片狀表層角膜移植手術治療之病例報告
Case Report of Treatment of Patchy Lamellar Keratoplasty in Terrien's Marginal Degenereation
摘要
本篇報告一Terrien氏角膜邊緣變性之病例。臨床可見角膜混濁，角膜溝，角膜變薄，新生血管及脂質沈積。診斷主要依據臨床所見與病史。因嚴重反覆性的炎症反應及漸進性角膜變薄，予門診保守療法無效後，以片狀表層角膜移植手術治療，術後結果良好，於門診繼續追蹤中。

A case of Terrien's marginal degeneration is reported. Marginal opacification with neovasculization & lipid deposit, corneal thinning with peripheral furrow formation are noted. Diagnosis is based on its clinical features & natural course. The patient has severe recurrent inflammation & peripheral corneal thinning, conservative treatment was applied but in vain. Surgery is indicated, patchy lamellar keratoplasty is selected. Post-op result is good.
