影響資料管理功能之因素－兩個實證案例的比較分析

在一個邁向資訊化的企業內，資訊品質的提昇非常的重要，而資訊品質的提昇則有賴於一個健全的資料管理功能。我國目前對於影響資料管理功能建立的因素並無學者研究。本研究的目的即是要建立一個影響資料管理的模式架構，本研究以對兩個企業（中鋼與MT）做深入的訪談分析，並以公司經營背景，與資訊管理相關的公司組織與策略、高階主管、MIS部門組織與策略及業務部門協調配合等五個構面來分析討論，並以分析的結果歸納出三組命題，及整理出一個資料管理影響因素的研究模式，供後續研究學者來補強及驗證。

Information systems play a critical role for the modernization of enterprise. The good quality of information is dependent on a well-established Data Administration (DA) function. The purpose of this study is to create a comprehensive DA research model. Two detail case studies are conducted in this article. Five factors (include: Environmental, Organizational, Top Management, MIS, End User Department factor) which have direct or indirect impact on DA and IQ (Information Quality) are explored and analyzed respectively. Then a comprehensive DA research model and three group of hypotheses are also suggested.
