網站資源典藏計畫之調查分析

網路資源已成為資訊需求者重要的資訊來源，圖書館基於文獻典藏及資訊傳播的職責，對於與日俱增之網路資源必須有所因應。鑑於國外對於網路資源保存的作法，早有複製典藏之議，重要國家圖書館基於維持國家文獻的完整，也逐步推動網站資源典藏工作。本研究希望透過文獻探討，瞭解國外國家圖書館對於網站資源典藏之發展經驗，繼而分析國內目前發展現況，並利用深度訪談方式，探究實務工作者、學者專家與數位出版業者對於我國國家圖書館進行網站資源典藏計畫的意見與期許，根據訪談結果，最終擬具結論與建議，提供我國國家圖書館在推動網站資源典藏計畫過程之參考。

The Internet has become an important medium for acquiring varied information. In view of this trend, libraries, with duties of document preservation and information dissemination, definitely have to deal with the considerably increasing amount of Internet resources. Most progressive national libraries have gradually developed web archiving to reproduce and preserve Internet resources. This paper makes a literature review to explore the experiences of developing web archiving in national libraries abroad and offer some reflections on the present development. In-depth interviews are pursued for a systematic investigation and realization of opinions from scholars, experts, and digital publishing companies on the issue of web archiving. Through an analysis of these multiple opinions, this paper proposes constructive suggestions as references for the future development of web archiving in Taiwan.
