扇平森林生態科學園遊客資料之調查分析

摘要

本調查之目的在透過問卷，分析扇平森林生態科學園之遊客資料。於1997年7月至1998年7月，採人員調查法，以系統逢機取樣進行問卷調查，得有效問卷699份。調查之結果顯示：扇平森林生態科學園之經營管理及設施上仍有多處如解說教育、衝擊改善、動線規劃等重要課題，需加以改善。本調查分析之結果除可供瞭解遊客之基本資料與遊客行為，對經營管理之意見、看法及滿意度等資訊外，還可提供經營者制訂經營管理策略之參考依據。建議爾後定期進行調查，以建立完整之遊客資訊系統期提供經營管理措施檢討評估之依據。

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze visitor information through a questionnaire survey in the Shanping Forest Ecological Scientific Garden. Visitor interviews were conducted from July 1997 to July 1998. Totally, 699 effective questionnaires were obtained by systematic sampling. The results show that the management of this scientific garden, with respect to issues such as interpretation service, impact management, and trail system organization, needs to be improved in the future. The results regarding the visitor's basic information, behavior patterns, managerial viewpoints, and satisfaction impressions about Shanping Forest Ecological Scientific Garden can serve as a guide for the proper management of the scientific garden. A series of further surveys is recommended to establish a visitor information base and to provide references for management assessment.
