摘要

熱中暑是全球暖化所引發的公眾健康問題，易併發嚴重合併症，甚至導致死亡。熱中暑的發生或致死是可預防的，其仰賴熱中暑防治教育的推廣、快速辨識潛在熱中暑病人並立即積極治療。身兼實務、諮詢、教育與領導的護理師是提升熱中暑醫療照護品質不可或缺的角色。藉由有效評估、早期降溫、密切監測與支持性護理照護以促進預後，完善教育訓練以增進臨床護理人員的實務照護能力，提供教育、諮詢以及結合實證應用護理措施以達到全方位高品質照護。而熱中暑護理照護在目前台灣醫療現況中尚需要多方面的醫療重視與學術研究發展，期望未來能藉由健保體系、醫療體系、學術機構的配合，促使熱中暑照護與研究更健全蓬勃的發展，使學術研究與臨床實務應用能更密切結合。

Heat stroke is a public health concern complicated by global warming. Heat stroke may lead to severe complications and even death. However, heat stroke is preventable. Nurses equipped with proper education and their professional role in practice, consulting, education, and research, is vital in promoting the quality of heat stroke care. Prevention, early recognition, aggressive cooling measures, assessing hemodynamic status and supportive nursing care are closely linked to the prognosis of patients who suffer from heat stroke. There is a need for more public emphasis, education and research from all medical care teams on the subject of heat stroke. The expectation is to develop a better care system and research activities through the collaborative effort of academic, healthcare institutions, and the health insurance system.
