我國與日本護理人員法律之比較

摘要

日本與我國有著相同地域－亞洲，且人種、文化差異不大，比較日本法律最爲允當。而且，醫療環境上，許多問題有日本先行發生，然後才會在我國出現的情形，因此符合比較之意及有其價值性。本篇將我國規範護理人員之主要法律－護理人員法，與日本相當之法律－保健師護理師助產師法仔細比較與探討分析。針對兩國的法律之相同點與不同點提出來討論，並進而提出各自之優劣點。最後並綜合論點提出建議。了解了兩國護理人員法之同異點後，接著則是探討我國護理人員法律與日本比較之優缺點。

While Japan is similar to us in location, races and culture, hence comparative law between them and us is most proper and reasonable. Furthermore, in the past, observation of several medical environmental problems occurred in Japan before we do. This study is set to compare and analyze the law of nursing of us and Japan, to see the differences and for evaluation.
