This study was to explore that different goal-setting and goal type impacted on goal commitment and collective efficacy. After the subjects joined wood ball striking, 160 participants were assigned by grade four situations: accumulation-cooperation goal, accumulation-assign goal, cooperative-cooperative goal, and cooperative-assign goal. We use analysis of two-way MAVOVA to test the difference of goal commitment and collective efficacy on subjects. The data analysis showed the following results: on goal commitment, ”cooperative” goal-setting was higher than ”accumulation” goal-setting, and ”cooperative” goal type was higher than distribution goal type on collective efficacy, ”accumulation” goal-setting was higher than ”cooperative” goal-setting, and ”cooperative” goal type was higher than distribution goal type.
