汽車零組件業向來為各先進國家重視之產業,在國家整體的經濟中亦佔有相當份量。然而,近年來該產業因勞動條件的不斷提高,成本不斷上升,加上在台灣加入WTO 後,由於降低進口車的關稅等因素,我國國內汽車產業市場為進口汽車產業所佔據,國內汽車產業版圖日益狹小,面臨了生存的困境。要擺脫此困境,除了技術的發展外,企業製造策略亦是不可忽略之要素。 本研究之主旨係探討企業競爭策略與其競爭優勢之探討,並針對台灣汽車零組件製造業為研究對象,進行實證分析。本研究競爭策略之架構,係以公司願景和目標兩個核心要素作為競爭策略架構台灣地區汽車零組件製造業所採取的競爭策略中,不同之競爭策略對公司的競爭優勢及經營績效有不同的影響。
The automobile parts industry is very important fundamental industry of advanced development countries which becomes one of main role and always keeps a lot of percentage ratio of entire economic construction. In recently, this industry which labor condition endless cost gets up and cost gets higher and higher than before. The domestic automobile market will be occupied by import automobile industry after reducing import automobile customs duties when Taiwan joining World Trade Organization. So local automobile parts industry will fade little by little and will face serious environment how to survive. In order to over come disadvantage condition, the domestic automobile parts manufacturer shall focus on developing their technical and operating manufacturing strategy. The subject of this research is a study to inquire into strategy of the competition of the business enterprise and its competitive advantage, and aim at Taiwan the manufacturing industry of the components of the car for research object, carrying on the analysis of the substantial evidence.This research competes the structure of the strategy, ising with the vision of the company and two strategies of the competition of the conduct and actions of the main factor of core of the target to configure the Taiwanese car components manufacturing industry of the region to adopt in the strategy of the competition, different strategy of the competition to the competitive advantage of the company and operate results contain different influence
