生涯發展活動及自我效能對就業力影響之研究-以某私立大學為例

摘要


本研究主要探討大學生的生涯發展活動及自我效能對就業力是否有直接關係影響,透過成熟專家問卷,分別取出符合本研究問卷題項,經整理符合本問卷題項。針對大學生參與活動中,於活動中提供問卷填答,並在生涯發展相關活動中,學生進行抽樣調查,共計發放問卷370份,回收370份,有效問卷309份,透過項目分析及探索性因素分析進行量表之鑑別力及因素結構考驗,而後以驗證性因素分析考驗量表假設性測量模式之整體適配度,原量表經項目分析後,28個題項具有鑑別力,並於探索性因素分析後,將因素負荷量過低或產生跨因素的13個題項刪除,以Cronbach's α 係數進行量表的信度考驗,結果顯示修正後18個題項的量表信度良好量表信度則分析內部一致性與平均變異抽取量;分析研究結果發現,修正後量表保留15個測量題項,有活動、自我效能、就業力三個因素構面,全量表具有良好的建構信度與效度,整體模式適配度良好。

This research mainly aimed to explore if the career development activities and self-efficacy were directly correlated to employment capability among university students. Through mature expert questionnaires, question items conforming to the experimental issues of this research were separately selected and compiled. By focusing on the activities joined by university students, questionnaires were answered during the period of activities. Also, sampling surveys were conducted among the students in the activities relevant to career development. There were totally 370 questionnaires delivered with 309 valid replies received. Through item analysis and explanatory factor analysis, scale discernment and factor structure were examined. Thereafter the confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the overall adaptation levels for the assuming measurement mode of scales. After the original scale was examined by the item analysis . It is found there were 28 items featured with discernment. After the explanatory factor analysis was conducted, 13 items having excessively low factor load or generating cross-factors are eliminated. The reliability tests were conducted by using Cronbach's α coefficients. Results indicated the scale was featured with with excellent reliability in 18 question items after modification. Thereafter, internal consistency and average variance extraction were further examined. As analytical results revealed, 15 question items from the modified scale were remained inclusive of 3 aspects, namely activities, self-efficacy and employment capabilities. The overall scale was featured with excellent structural confidence and validity. Also, the overall adaptation levels were fairly good.
