台灣文教業加盟經營模式之研究--以正統心算之個案分析

摘要

本研究以台灣文教業與連鎖加盟的相關研究為理論基礎，建構台灣文教業連鎖加盟經營模式之研究架構。除此之外，本研究透過文獻分析法、個案研究法後，根據個案分析結果提出兩項研究命題：
1. 正統心算的加盟經營模式應該要有良好的管理機制，促進競爭優勢的提升。
2. 正統心算的加盟經營模式建構一套完整可行的連鎖加盟制度，提升營運的績效。

This study based on education industry and franchise, and to construct the franchise business model of Mental Arithmetic. In addition, this study applied literature review and case study method. According to the result, the following two research propositions are being introduced. (1) The franchise business model should have fine management system, and to increase the competitive advantage. (2) To adopt the franchise business model will create the better organisation performance.
