戰後台灣女子足球運動發展之研究(1945~2008)

摘要

足球為世界公認的主流運動，世界足球總會擁有208個會員，在台灣地區發展女子足球，受香港的影響至深，以「木蘭」之名做為女子足球的隊名，也曾於國際上獲得輝煌的成績，然而坊間卻鮮少有完整介紹我國女子足球發展歷史之文獻。本研究之目的為探究戰後女子足球之脈絡，採「歷史研究法」、「文獻分析法」、「訪談法」，研究範圍於學校、社會以及國際的發展。研究期間始於戰後，至2008年。所得研究結果發現：
一、學校方面的發展：
足球運動列入體育課程授課內容，在升學主義衝擊之下推動足球，不易普及於課程中，無法確實向下紮根工作仍然遇到許多瓶頸。影響發展的關鍵為缺乏教練、經費、選手來源、行政支持、賽制安排不佳等問題。
二、社會方面的發展：
戰後受於政治、經濟尚未穩定，推展組織以男子足球為主、女子足球為輔，直到受「萬壽盃」影響香港隊連奪四次冠軍，刺激國內女足竄起。目前女子足球於社會並無發展可言，社會性球賽皆為大專學生組成參賽。球賽制度不穩定，太少或太集中，阻礙競技水準提升。 三、國際方面的發展：
早期木蘭女子足球於國際發展較他國早，成績相當輝煌，亞洲各國也在近幾年開始重視女子足球而作長遠的發展計劃，我國卻停滯不前、陷入危機，成績不如以往。

1.The development of school：
Soccer exercise is included in the athletics curriculum teaching content, is entering higher school doctrine impact under promotion soccer, don't easily popularize in curriculum, can't really radicate a work to still keep meeting many bottlenecks.The influencing the key to development supports for lacking of coach, budget, contestant source and administration, the match system arrange a poor etc. problem.
2.Social development：
Post-war Be been subjected to to politics, economy haven't stabilized, promote organization with man soccer for lord, woman soccer in order to assist, until be subjected to "ten thousand life cups"s influence Hong Kong team connect Duo four champions, stimulate domestic female foot to start to flee. Currently woman soccer hasing no development at the society can talk, the social sex ball game all constitutes to take part in a game for the university student.The ball game system is unsteady, too few or too concentrated, the bar contests level to promote.
3.International development:
In early days the wood orchid woman soccer in to compare with another country, international development early, the result is rather glorious, Asian all countries are also starting valuing woman soccer for the last few years and make a farsighted development plan, but my country bog down, get bogged down in a crisis, and the result is rather former.
