綠色包裝文定禮盒設計創作

The Creation of Green Package for Wedding Pastry

摘要


結婚禮俗是中華民族特殊文化之一。從過去的六禮納采、問名、納吉、納徵、請期和親迎,演變 為目前的四禮,問名、訂盟、完聘、親迎,不論婚俗怎麼轉變,喜餅在華人社會中仍然非常受到重視。 市售喜餅禮盒的包裝精緻多元,但常會出現過度包裝的情形。由於近年綠色包裝興起,消費者對於選 購產品時產品是否符合環保概念也成為考量因素之一。基於上述兩點,本創作以綠色包裝文定禮盒為 主軸,進行研究與創作。 本次創作中,試圖將文定禮盒範圍擴大,除了傳統喜餅禮盒〈糕餅為主〉,也將具有喜慶祝賀氣 氛的酒和茶葉,以及有愛情意象的巧克力納入本次創作項目,設計四款文定禮盒。從文獻探討章節中, 首先就結婚禮俗,延伸到喜餅產業的發展,整理目前市場概況,再進一步探討喜餅的消費行為。最終 以綠色包裝的角度切入,評估目前市面上代表性喜餅禮盒,綜合上述文獻中喜餅包裝設計元素與綠色 包裝評估的結果,做為本創作之參考。期望能在婚俗文化發展的脈絡之下,創作出具有綠色包裝概念 之文定禮盒,希望能提供相關工作者未來設計上之參考。

Marriage custom is the special culture of the Chinese people. From the traditional six etiquettes to the modern four etiquettes, the wedding pastry is the most valued one. The package of the commercially available wedding pastries are diversified and delicate. Due to recent emergence of green package, the consumers started to consider whether the product possesses the environmental protection concept when they purchase. Based on the two points above, this production is investigated and created by adopting green-packed engage gift box as the main idea. In this work, I attempted to broaden the range of the engage gift box. In addition to the traditional wedding pastries, I also included the wine, tea, and chocolate into this production and made four kinds of engage gift box . The wine and tea are the symbol of celebration, while the chocolate represents the meaning of love. In the chapter of literature review, first I reviewed the current marketing status based on the marriage custom and the development of the wedding pastry industry. Furthermore, I discussed the consumption behavior for the wedding pastries. Finally, I evaluated the representative wedding pastry on market by the point of view of green package. This creation is based on the integration of the wedding pastry packaging elements, as well as the evaluation results of the green package from the references above. It is expected to create a engage gift box with green package concept in the future development of marriage custom culture. Also, I hope this work could be provided as the reference when related workers design the gift box in the future.
