國內大型重型機車主要用以從事休閒娛樂及旅遊活動,已成為以交通工具進行休閒活動的新興模式。車友投入購車、保養、稅金與保險等大筆花費,並克服現今油價不斷高漲、交通法規約束與路權開放限制等阻礙,展現認真性休閒特性,積極參與組織團體以車隊方式集體出遊。然而車隊組織能否獲得參與車友的認同,車友在參與休閒活動過程中能否獲得充足的休閒效益與高度的體驗幸福感,進而持續從事大型重型機車組織性休閒活動,是一項頗值得深入研究探討的課題。 本研究以探討大型重型機車不同組織認同車友認真性休閒、休閒效益與體驗幸福感影響關係為目的,以臺灣地區參與大型重型機車組織性休閒活動之騎乘車友為研究對象。採用立意抽樣調查方式,利用網路無疆界的特性及網路本身即為車友主要聯絡溝通管道之優勢,採取線上問卷方式於國內知名大型重型機車討論區與車友交友網站上發佈連結與填答邀請,對全台各地車友進行調查。本研究問卷全部回收樣本數為332份,回收樣本皆為有效問卷。研究結果發現,臺灣地區大型重型機車休閒活動參與者仍以男性為主,31至50歲為主要年齡層,個人每月所得多分布在40,001元以上,多在有騎乘經驗後才加入車隊組織,每1至2週參與一次活動,偏向在例假日與不特定時段出遊,參與1個車隊者居多,日系車廠產品與街車為較受車友喜愛的品牌與車型。認真性休閒中以持續性的利益獲得最重要,休閒效益以心理效益最受重視,體驗幸福感以樂趣享受、休閒價值感及休閒滿意度最重要。認真性休閒正向影響休閒效益,休閒效益正向影響體驗幸福感,不同的組織認同群體對認真性休閒、休閒效益與體驗幸福感關係存在顯著差異性。本研究結果將提供政府相關單位、民間相關產業、車隊組織、參與車友及後續研究者,作為各項活動與研究參考之依據,以期對活絡臺灣大型重型機車休閒活動市場有所貢獻。
The high-powered motorcycle in Taiwan was usually used in leisure and this kind of activities was a new leisure model. Riders spend lots of money and conquered the difficulties of traffic regulations to own a motorcycle. They show the serious leisure characteristic to participate in the fleet for leisure, whether riders can have organizational identification that who enhance leisure benefits and experiencing well-being. At the same time, even keep them continuing participate in the activities, that is a valuable subject to explore. Rider of high-powered motorcycle is the research targets to explore the relationships among serious leisure, leisure benefits, and experiencing well-being between the different organizational identification groups in this study. Internet is the main way that no range to contact between riders. Use online questionnaire to research by purposive sampling, and invite riders who participated leisure activities in Taiwan to answer it. All the effective online questionnaires are 332. The study result shows that the majority of participators were male, at age between 31 to 50 years old, with monthly income over NTD. 40,001. The majority of participators just joined 1 fleet at the same time. They usually join fleet when they got ride experiences, and attend leisure activities in weekend, ride anytime every 1 to 2 weeks. Motorcycles made by Japanese factories and the kind of street bike are most popular in Taiwan. In serious leisure, the durable outcomes are the most important. In leisure benefits, Psychological benefits are the focus. In experiencing well-being are point on enjoyment, leisure values, and leisure satisfaction. The relationships among serious leisure, leisure benefits, and experiencing well-being are serious leisure effects leisure benefits positively, leisure benefits effects experiencing well-being positively. The different organizational identification groups are both significant of the relationships among serious leisure, leisure benefits, and experiencing well-being. The study result will offers suggestions to government, leisure industries, motorcycle-related industries, fleets, riders, and researchers.
