說故事：懸疑技巧運用於漫畫創作

摘要

懸疑為西方戲劇創作所重視的概念之一，經由希區考克結合驚悚元素，對電影工業產生深刻影響，至今發展出多種類型的懸疑電影。近年更引發懸疑小說熱潮，成為世界流行的一個重要現象。漫畫為文化創意產業一環，是否能結合這股懸疑熱潮，替台灣漫畫創作者找出題材的可能性，為研究主要動機。
本研究以懸疑技巧為出發點，針對結構、題材、表現方式進行探討，再從漫畫中的懸疑表現，加以歸納與分析，重新思考創作者將此技巧運用於漫畫呈現的效果。最後將懸疑技巧結合漫畫創作，務求理論及實踐之均衡發展。

One of the most important elements in the western drama creation is suspense. Through Hitchcock’s combination with thriller, it has developed various types of suspense films and greatly affected the movie industry. In the recent years, it has been bringing about a hurricane of suspense all over the world. It is our research motivation whether the comic, as an ingredient of Cultural and Creative Industry, could join such an upsurge of enthusiasm and make even more subject matters for Taiwanese comic creators.
The thesis is an attempt to discuss the structure, subject matters, and manifestation in comics on the threshold of suspense techniques. Further, apart from inducing and analyzing the suspenseful performances, it comes along with re-examining the effects caused by creators’application of suspense as well. In the end, this study associates suspense techniques and comic creations with a view to strike a balance between theory and practice.
