Due to the dynamic changes in the global market,the 21st century will be the century based on knowledge economy. In the age of knowledge economy, enterprises have to do more than improving their own productivity in order to achieve continuous success; those who master knowledge and technology will take control of the competitive future. There will be competition concerning knowledge and technology in the future, along with the rising information technology and internet, and the innovation strategy will also play a new role in the new age. In order to promote the organization’s performance, the management and sharing of knowledge and the innovation strategy of the enterprises will become more important, hence, the effective knowledge management and the innovation of strategy will be the key to win for enterprises. Today since we emphasize creating value and pursuing high quality for customers, the strategic meaning of technology innovation and knowledge management should not be ignored. This thesis focuses on U company’s logistics and warehousing. It is to find out the feasibility of promoting knowledge management in the future, and thus comes to a tentative conclusion by which enterprises will benefit in promoting competition.
