This study discussed the case company into TPM Total production management activities, the use of individual improvement, self-preservation, and preservation of the three pillars of the expanded program improvement activities, and to explore the difficult point activities to promote personnel encountered, the key reason, and the implementation of results. Since when interviewed four executives to conduct with the results of the questionnaire after the formation of aggregated views as samples. 100 questionnaires were issued for employees, and 90 valid samples received.
