全面生產管理導入實務與活動關鍵因素之探討-以某汽車零件公司為例

摘要


本研究在探討個案公司導入TPM全面生產管理活動,運用個別改善、自主保全、計劃保全三個支柱展開改善活動,並探討活動中推動人員所遇到的困難點、關鍵原因、推行效果。自時對推動中高階主管4人進行實地訪談,訪談結果彙整意見後形成問卷作為研究樣本,針對活動從業人員發出100份問卷,回收有效樣本90份。研究結果顯示:1、中高階主管實地訪談的問題及解決方法進行歸納整理。2、活動從業人員不同公司年資及職務對於活動中的困難點、關鍵原因、推行效果有顯著差異,符合預期之效果。本文最後提出結論與建議,以供後續研究與實務參考。

This study discussed the case company into TPM Total production management activities, the use of individual improvement, self-preservation, and preservation of the three pillars of the expanded program improvement activities, and to explore the difficult point activities to promote personnel encountered, the key reason, and the implementation of results. Since when interviewed four executives to conduct with the results of the questionnaire after the formation of aggregated views as samples. 100 questionnaires were issued for employees, and 90 valid samples received. The results show that: 1, Interviews with executives in the field of problems and solutions were collated and analyzed. 2, Employees from different companies and seniority difficult point for activities, the key reason, there are significant differences in the implementation of results, in line with the effect of expectations. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are made for future research and practice reference.
